Flexible Video Therapy Wherever You Are
Whether you’re based in the UK or elsewhere in the world, online video counselling allows us to meet face-to-face wherever you are. Many people find that speaking from their own familiar space helps them feel more at ease and able to open up. You’ll receive the same level of warmth, connection and professional support as if we were meeting in person – just with the added flexibility to fit around your life, work, and home commitments.
What to expect from online counselling sessions
In our online sessions, you’ll have a safe and confidential space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand what’s really going on for you. Together we’ll explore what has brought you here, gain clarity about the changes you want to make, and find ways to move forward that feel authentic and sustainable.
I take a holistic approach to counselling, meaning we’ll look at the bigger picture – your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the practical aspects of your life – to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
Much of my work involves helping people to change their story – the story they tell themselves, the one they show to others, or the one they long to live but aren’t sure how to begin. Through our work together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back and begin shaping a new story – one that feels more aligned, compassionate, and true to who you are.
Personalised counselling focused on your needs and goals
From our first session, the focus will be on you – your needs, goals, and what you most want to change or understand. We’ll regularly review how things are going, making sure our sessions stay meaningful and aligned with your hopes. Counselling works best when it feels collaborative, so we’ll always take time to check in about what’s working well and what might need adjusting.

A safe and confidential meeting space
Your privacy and safety are essential. I use secure, GDPR-compliant platforms with end-to-end encryption, ensuring our sessions remain fully confidential and are never recorded. I’ve also completed professional training with the Online Therapy Institute in providing counselling online, so you can feel confident that our work together will be both safe and effective.

Before we meet, you’ll receive login details so you can access the video call at our agreed time. The online platform will allow you to check your sound and camera settings, helping you feel comfortable and ready before we begin.
How our online counselling sessions work
We’ll usually meet for 60 minutes on a weekly or fortnightly basis. This consistent rhythm provides the best support for meaningful change. Between sessions, I’ll often suggest small, practical ways you can care for yourself or experiment with new approaches. These gentle steps can help deepen your insights and support the progress you’re making.
Hear to answer your questions
Reaching out for counselling takes courage, and it’s natural to have questions before you begin. If you’d like to learn more or arrange an initial assessment call, it would be great to hear from you.
